Personal and professional healing rests on trust, boundaries, and integrity.
This Ethical Code forms the foundation of all work within the Spiritual Integrative Practitioner® Training Program.
By enrolling in this program, participants agree to uphold the following principles during their training and in their future professional practice.
1. Confidentiality
All personal data, case study content, and information shared during lectures, practice sessions, or supervision must be treated as strictly confidential.
Any disclosure without consent, except where legally required (e.g., risk of harm), constitutes a serious violation of this code.
2. Informed Consent and Autonomy
All clients, practice partners, and participants must give informed consent before engaging in any exercise, energy-based or experiential practice.
Each individual has the right to pause, decline, or withdraw from any process at any time without penalty.
3. Psychological Safety and Inclusivity
The program is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment free from discrimination or harassment of any kind.
Differences in gender, culture, race, religion, sexual orientation, or worldview are to be treated with respect and sensitivity.
4. Misuse of Power
Mentors, facilitators, and participants must not use their role to emotionally, spiritually, sexually, or financially manipulate others.
Professional boundaries must always be maintained.
5. Working Within Competence
Participants must practice only within the limits of their training and experience.
Offering psychotherapeutic or medical treatment without proper qualifications is not permitted.
In cases of serious psychological or medical conditions, referral to an appropriate professional is required.
Active Engagement: Participate fully in lectures, practice sessions, and supervision.
Integrity in Learning: All work submitted must be original and reflect authentic personal process and practice.
Respectful Communication: Speak with honesty and compassion. Dismissive, aggressive, or dominating behaviour is not acceptable.
Group Confidentiality: Personal material shared by others must remain private and never discussed outside the group.
Model integrity, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of teaching and mentoring.
Clearly communicate program structure, goals, and expectations.
Provide consistent supervision, guidance, and constructive feedback.

Respect for Energy Work: Practices involving energy, sound, symbols, or visualization must be conducted with awareness and consent. Energy should never be imposed or manipulated.
No Spiritual Bypassing: Spiritual practice should not replace emotional or psychological processing. Inner work and integration are prioritised.
Freedom of Belief: The program promotes spiritual freedom. It is non-denominational and supports each participant’s individual spiritual values and experience.
First Warning: Private reminder and opportunity for reflection and correction.
Temporary Suspension: For repeated or serious violations, the participant may be removed from live activities pending review.
